Repair or Replace InfoRecorder
Here you will be able to choose the type of service you would like to receive for your non-working, out of warranty InfoRecorder and then pay for the service you choose.

If you believe that your infoRecorder may be in warranty, please send an email with your store number, the inforecorder serial number and contact phone number to service@digitracsystems.com
Digitrac will repair your entire InfoRecorder Kit, including the scanner, the cradle and the power supply. You must send the entire kit to us for the repair to take place. Click on the "Repair" button for more details and to pay for a repair.
Digitrac will replace your entire InfoRecorder kit with a refurbished set, including the scanner, the cradle and the power supply. Once you receive the refurbished equipment, you must send us all of your old InfoRecorder pieces. Click on the "Replace" button for more details and to pay for a replacement kit to be sent to you.
