Repair
If you believe that your infoRecorder may be in warranty, please send an email with your store
number, the inforecorder serial number and contact phone number to service@digitracsystems.com
*Any spare parts orders processed with repair orders will ship when the repair is returned to the store.
If you would like the spare parts to ship immediately, please make a separate order.*
InfoRecorder Repair
Every component in the InfoRecorder kit will be repaired. All components must be sent in for service. BROKEN SCANNER CASES ARE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL $25. Includes 1 year warranty. Any components not returned for service will not be covered under warranty.
